Supply air has held 16.8 °C against a 13.5 °C setpoint since 14:05. The chilled-water valve is at 100% but coil ΔT is only 1.2 °C, so the coil is most likely fouled.
Twice — March and September 2025. Both were fixed by a coil clean, and supply air was back within 0.5 °C of setpoint within a day. On that pattern, a six-monthly clean would prevent a repeat.
